Be One With The Earth

Earth (Dictionary's example):

An example of earth is the third planet from the sun.
An example of earth is the dirt or mud in your garden.

Earth (Baba's understanding): planet that gives life or a female.

How do we be one with something or someone... You do exactly as that someone or something.

The earth is roughly 70% water and 30% land.... Our bodies are roughly 70% liquid and 30% solid.

So then our lifestyle diet should complement both the earth and our body. 70% of our food consumption should be liquid (plenty of water-fruit/veggie juice) from the earth and the 30% should natural foods (fruits/veggies/grains) from the earth.

Let's be ONE!
